Fedora 20 & Gnome 3

When one will install Fedora 20 he will amazed to see that there is no maximize & minimize buttons to any window. Also there is missing Location bar in default File Explorer tool i.e. nautilus.
These functionality is dropped from official release yet these think can be  access by using  there shortcut like "Window+Down Arrow" for minimize,"Window + Up Arrow" for maximize.
we can tweak existing gnome to cover lost ground.Lets see how we can.

How to bring your minimize & maximize button back ?
Install the gnome-tweak-tool using yum,After installation launch the newly installed tool where there is option to toggle minimize & maximize button visibility.
How To Set Location Bar on File Explorer ?
The nautilus has shortcut to show Location bar Ctrl +L whenever required, but most of the time we will like to have it permanently visible
Here is shell command that will do the magic.
gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.preferences always-use-location-entry true

How to show MAC like Docking in gnome ?
There is docing tool that mimics MAC like Docing for gnome called "cairo dock".the package

cairo-dock is available in RPM-Fusion repositor, using yum install the package along with it's dependencies, launch the tool it is show you nice doc similar to MAC,in this DOC there is menu where if you wish you can run it at startup.
How To Install New Themes in Gnome ?
In Gnome 3 there are GTK 3,Cursor,ICONs,Window etc can be themed.
To install new theme go to gnome-look.org or any other suitable site.
Usually the downloade theme is archive ,extract this archive file and copy the extracted folder to "/usr/share/themes"
Now lauch gnome-tweak tool for switching to theme newly added.
